Whether our worship is through our tears, dance, shouts of joy, sadness, or sweet and tender whispers, He hears and responds with His presence. He gives us His full attention!

Our lives really do depend on remaining in Christ. When we disconnect from God we become completely exposed and vulnerable to the enemy. If you desire to find your purpose in life, it will be found by remaining in Christ. For any seeker searching for true identity, it is found by remaining in Christ. For the broken and hurting who long for wholeness, it is found only by remaining in Christ. For the abandoned and rejected, you will find your home by remaining in Christ. Everything that bears Godly and life-giving fruit comes from remaining in Christ. 

A maturing child will one day let go of their parent's hand, but in the Kingdom of God, it is unnatural for us to ever let go of the hand of our Father. The Bible promises that He will never leave us nor forsake us. This is of course comforting and very true. He is faithful and will never abandon His children! It is God's children who forget there is a constant need of Him. Simply confessing our need for God, repenting, and reaching out ones hand in faith results in alignment with Him, protection and peace.

Adding the “also” is a way of living that places value upon others. It bestows honor. It takes the ordinary and makes it extraordinary in special and thoughtful ways. The “Also Principle” isn’t about doing to be seen, it’s about doing what is right whether is it seen or unseen. There is something powerful and supernatural that happens in your life, and the others, when you add the “also.”

The level of honor one gives is determined by the amount of perceived value. In Malachi 1 God is speaking to Israel and asks this powerful question: Where is the honor due me? This question comes from the reality that while the Israelites said they honored God, He was not getting their best.

We all face many distractions in a single day. Some days I feel as if distraction is looming over me constantly, even to the point of major frustration on my part that I cannot seem to avoid them! I have come to realize that distractions are never going to stop chasing me, but I can stop chasing distractions.

The evidence of honor in your life is when you honor those who do not return it to you. The kingdom of God is a kingdom of honor. The world needs a restoration of the biblical virtue of honor. Proverbs 4:23 "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life."
