WHAT IS AWAKEN WORSHIP COHORT?

The Awaken Worship Cohort is a immersive experience designed specifically for worship and creative arts leaders serving in local churches and beyond. Since its inception in 2020, over 100 participants have completed the cohort, each stepping into greater clarity and strength in their calling.

Led by an experienced and passionate team of pastors, theologians, worship leaders, life coaches, and mentors, this cohort exists to develop and champion creatives in their God-given assignment and creative influence in the world.

What to Expect

The cohort is an intensive format. Over three weeks plus a retreat experience, you'll engage in:

  • Transformational Teaching & Guided Conversations

  • Structured Class Instruction & Life Coaching

  • Intentional Practicum Assignments

  • Spiritual Development Work Between Sessions

This journey will equip you with:

  • A deeper understanding of your identity and calling

  • Biblical insight and leadership development tools

  • Confidence to lead with both spiritual authority and creative excellence

Intimate & Intentional

Due to the highly relational and focused nature of the cohort, there are only 15 spots per cohort. Each participant is welcomed into a supportive, growth-minded community committed to personal transformation and Kingdom impact.

THE RETREAT EXPERIENCE
April 15-17, 2026 - Nashville, TN


Participant is responsible for travel and lodging costs such as airfare, rental car or Lyft/Uber, hotel or AirBnb.
The retreat is the culmination of the entire cohort experience; bringing all participants together for a power-packed three days of community, worship, teaching and practicum, prophetic impartation and commissioning. A detailed schedule will be provided closer to the retreat. Attendance is mandatory unless a medical emergency prohibits you from being present.

COHORT COST: $649 (covers intensive and retreat).

COHORT INCLUDES:

Weekly Zoom Sessions (Monday nights)
3 zoom sessions, 2.5 hours in length
Sessions include Devotional, Teaching and Practicum, Q+A, Community Group discussion. Attendance is mandatory.

2 One-On-One Coaching Sessions
2 zoom coaching sessions, 1 hour in length
Guided conversation with accredited life coach. Attendance is mandatory.

Community
Connect with other participants weekly on zoom call during community group time and at the in-person retreat in Nashville, TN April 15-17, 2026.

Additional Mentoring and Counseling (optional)
Optional mentoring (free of charge for duration of the cohort) and unlimited optional coaching and/or counseling sessions ($50 per session) are offered for the duration of the cohort and beyond.
